Home Inspection
This is what we do best. We'll teach you about your home and how it works. During the inspection, we walk through the home together, and explain the general condition of the home and systems. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read report.
Radon Testing
We believe every home inspection should include a radon test. Radon, a leading cause of lung cancer, occurs naturally and can be present in one out of 15 homes at dangerous levels. The U.S. Surgeon General and the EPA recommend testing all homes for radon.
Sewer Scope
We use advanced cameras to detect blockages, leaks, and damage in your sewer line. We identify issues early to prevent future costly repairs and backups.
